Terms of Service
These terms describe the expected use of the Vessalion Agent Pipeline custom UI and its operational workflow modules.
Last updated: 2026
1. Platform Usage
Vessalion Agent Pipeline is a private operational platform built for public-source ingestion, record staging, qualification, manual review, geospatial observation tracking, outreach management, and internal export workflows. Users must only use the platform for lawful business and operational purposes.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure, reviewing records carefully before approval, and ensuring that any outreach activity follows applicable business, data, communication, and compliance rules.
3. Public-Source Data
The platform may process public-source information from configured sources. Raw scraped records are not treated as final business records until they pass staging, qualification, deduplication, review, and approval steps inside the custom UI.
4. Review and Approval
Users must verify evidence snippets, source URLs, matched signals, confidence scores, and record context before approving records for outreach or export. Vessalion is designed to reduce unverified records from entering operational workflows.
5. Outreach Usage
Outreach features are intended for approved and outreach-eligible records only. Users must not use the platform for spam, misleading communication, unauthorized contact, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
6. Geospatial Review
Geospatial and satellite-related views are provided for operational review and observation tracking. The platform stores zone metadata, coordinates, observation references, review status, and related notes, but it is not a full GIS or satellite image storage system.
7. Availability and Changes
The platform may be updated, improved, paused, or modified as required for maintenance, security, workflow improvements, or client-specific operational needs.
8. Limitation of Use
The platform is an internal workflow system and should not be treated as legal, financial, compliance, or investment advice. Business decisions remain the responsibility of authorized users and reviewers.
